What is GateWay?

GateWay is a gathering of people who believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who believe that God is the Creator of the earth and every good thing, and who believe the Holy Spirit is our guide and help in accomplishing the will of God.

GateWay is made up of people from many faith backgrounds who have a common faith and love for the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe in the Word of God and practice what it teaches.

We believe that the Holy Sprit is alive and active in our world today and that He still has the power to forgive sins, transform lives, and work miracles.

GateWay is a group of diverse people who come together in unity to worship in spirit and in truth.

What does it mean to belong
to the GateWay family?

To belong to the GateWay family can best be described as:

One who believes in the Holy Trinity.

One who believes the Word of God is true and relevant.

One who believes Jesus Christ is the Son of God, has received Him as their Savior, and is actively seeking to become like Jesus.

One who understands that Christianity is all about relationship; first with our Creator and then with each other.

One who realizes that, if we have become a Christian, our responsibility as a believer is to share His life and love with those with whom we have influence on a regular and consistent basis.

One who supports the ministries of the church with their time, talent & tithe.

One who is actively and regularly involved in a small group of like-minded believers who are growing in their relationship with Jesus and with other believers.

GateWay's Mission

GateWay exists to be Fruitful, to Multiply, and to Subdue the earth.

Developing Fruit-filled disciples means to help everyone who attends GCC to bear the fruit of the Spirit. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, & self-control.

Encouraging Multiplication in teaching personal & lifestyle Evangelism.

Subduing the earth means to be Spiritual Warriors equipped to push back the gates of hell.

GateWay's Mission is to be what God created the church to be; an extension of His life on the earth so people can see Who He really is and what He's really like.
